I suppose it’s fine to wait 30 min for a driver to be assigned and then god knows how long for a car!  I always get a taxi when I’ve got loads of time. 

Gave up and cancelled - to find the fare has been taken from my account.  When I called I was told they had no power or knowledge of when this will be refunded.  !!

Pre booked a taxi for 650, taxi was on route then driver cancelled job. Phoned to ask where taxi was as it was now late. Got informed I was number 2 in quee and that if you book a taxi it’s not guaranteed time it’s as near to. What use is that. Ended up getting Uber who where cheaper and faster
