Not Accessible for Users of Apple's VoiceOver Screen Reader

Extreme lack of accessibility throughout App. None of the functions/options activate when running VoiceOver. Previously prior to 2022 the App was accessible but not now.

Rubbish Airport

This is a scandalous airport. The management should be hanging their heads in shame at the exploitation of passengers.

Flight Statistics

Since the change to the website I feel that the flight arrivals:departures data is not as informative as it was previously eg previously when a flight was on approach you would find out or if a flight delayed it would give you an estimated time of arrival

Won’t log in

Most people appear to like this rotten app. I don’t. Downloaded the iphone vesion and tried signing in. Response : ‘an error has occurred’ So tried changing my password. Response : ‘an error has occurred’ (no indication whatsoever as to what an acceptable password can be) So tried downloading it onto a different machine - same thing. Offloaded the lot. The website itself seems to work but it will be a long time before I try that app again. Annoying, time wasting, and totally useless.

London traveller

Totally shocked that there was no where to eat today in Glasgow airport! All restaurants had queues 50 + people. Unable to book into Upper Deck as that too was full. Glasgow must get their act together. Booking schedules should have let them know the number of people passing through.

Tried to find out whether I need a mask in the terminal. No info at all .

Car parking

Been trying to amend my car parking booking for the last 30 minutes and it won’t let me save my new car details. What a joke

Brilliant app

Great app very easy to use , very user friendly .The airport is super friendly and all the staff are extremely helpful too.my autistic son loves the app he has it on his own phone . Highly recommend it .
