Glassons

Should implement a rewards program so when you purchase items you can earn vouchers to use on your items you buy I just think this would be a good idea as you’ve already got an account but aren’t currently getting any points when you use it

I love glassons clothes, but the app is pretty bad, after maybe 5-10 minutes using the app, it will just suddenly go black and get me off the app. Then when I go back on it doesn’t save where I was left :(

I love it I always use the app it’s so good

It shows the clothes and looks good but the app is very low quality and doesn’t actually work very well. for example everytime i zoom in or try to full screen on a picture the app shuts itself. also sometimes it doesn’t show all the colours of the item, or you will click on it and it will take you to a complete different section of the app than just switching, and then it won’t show all the colours available. overall it’s fine but definitely had a lot of things that need to be fixed.

It’s hard to navigate it’s always glitching especially when I use in store it freezes so much when I try to use true barcode

Respectfully the new version is absolutely trash… doesn’t load and having to swipe up to see more options… please change it back to the old format because the new layout is horrid.

Kept glitching and reopening on my phone every 2 seconds.

Downloaded it to get the 15% off, tried logging in, it sent me a “magic link” to help me login to my email. The app then persisted on the screen. I was unable to change apps to get the “magic link” from my emails. Every time I would nav to another app it would force return me to the glassons app. I was unable to quit the app or even turn off my phone. I started to panic thinking I accidentally installed a fake version of the app and got a virus. My phone then turned itself off (presumably from overload). That experience was literally like what it would be like to install a virus on your phone. Absolutely terrifying in the moment because of the implication of accidentally giving a scam app your login details. I will not shop from the glassons website, let alone app again. I can see a review from JANUARY THIS YEAR the user had the same experience as me. Seems like no one is looking at these reviews. As a Product Owner for an app myself I’d be prioritising investigation of this issue to make sure it’s not widespread.
