The app then persisted on the screen. I was unable to change apps to get the “magic link” from my emails. Every time I would nav to another app it would force return me to the glassons app. I was unable to quit the app or even turn off my phone. I started to panic thinking I accidentally installed a fake version of the app and got a virus. My phone then turned itself off (presumably from overload). That experience was literally like what it would be like to install a virus on your phone. Absolutely terrifying in the moment because of the implication of accidentally giving a scam app your login details. I will not shop from the glassons website, let alone app again. I can see a review from JANUARY THIS YEAR the user had the same experience as me. Seems like no one is looking at these reviews. As a Product Owner for an app myself I’d be prioritising investigation of this issue to make sure it’s not widespread. -- Svetanzrus, 2023-04-03 ### *---- "Please improve!!" I made an account on the glassons app for the first time and tried to exit out of it and it completely CRASHED my phone (an iPhone 11). After attempting to swipe up from the app (which ended up back to the app anyway) I tried turning my phone all the way off just for it to glitch all the way out. If you are browsing a category, click on an item, then click back, it takes you back to the main menu instead of where you were in a particular category. Also when you are on your wish list, and you click on an item then click back, it takes you back to the main main page. Does that make sense? Every time I click into an item I’m interested in, and then click back it takes me right back to the top so I have to keep scrolling to find where I had got to. Time after time.
