Glean App works on a monthly subscription basis and this will all grant users access to their own:

100s of macro friendly recipes
Your own meal planner
Exclusive education portal built personally by Sean & Evan
A private community of like minded people

Optional follow along workouts

In personal meet ups and so much more.

All of the above is included for £25 a month, but additionally you have the option to get 1:1 check ins and your own personal coach for messaging support for £99 a month.

### ***** "Brilliant app"
Have been using the glean app now for 3 weeks I love it’s simplicity but also that everything has been thought of. The daily dashboard so user friendly and seeing your weekly averages is great especially those days your weight spikes up for no reason. The workouts and recipes are amazing and I love that I can chat with my coach so easily. Well done Evan & Sean!
