I visited Glida many times for Charging my Nexon EV LR EMP, Plug was always available Always working, Fast charging , seamless charging

The charging points at Mall of India having technical issues and stop charging randomly. I had to restart 5 times and decided it’s done with Glida now.

Excellent back end support after calling customer care immediately they guided me and solve my inexperience operation, thank you

Never workings

App is unusable as the phone otp feature doesn’t work. Without that the app is useless

At nexus mall Whitefield . App gives a really bad experience.. sorry am struggling with it for my mg zs. Please fix and no one answers support.

Doesn’t send OTP so stuck at the first account creation page. And there is no reason why it needs my phone number to allow me to recharge. Why can’t it allow me to pay using any app and recharge? Frustrated for 20 minutes trying to create an account and giving up more forever on this lousy app.

I only prefer using 60kw chargers, what’s the point of the app if you can’t display the most basic aspect of your business? The old app used to display the charger capacity. I can’t see this in the new app

It took me 20 mins to start the charging with the new app at cyber hub. Its not only confusing also its glitchy i started by paying ₹250 through gpay the money got deducted but charging didn't start and i tried again by pay and thought money will be back but it didn't go reversed also aft to much of a hustle i some how managed to start the charging but i couldn't the status. It used to be so simple to use earlier why did change im hating it and now only use tata chargers. Refund me the extra money asap.
