### *---- "Terrible on boarding set up experience"
The product tries to be user-friendly with the touchscreen, but the setup process is overly technical and times out repeatedly, and has multiple conflicting password entry screens. It does not make it clear how the user will eventually set up configurations with each hotel as they travel. After an hour of being unable to get it configured, I presumed it would be a usability nightmare when traveling.

### **--- "Good idea, needs work"
Genuinely for the life of me keep getting 429 errors when setting up any vpn, the gui is buggy, and overall it’s a bit confusing what settings do what functions.

App is not bad but if you get signed out then signing back in, the app behaves as if you’re setting up the system for the first time.

I see no way to just log back on…
