I used to have horrible Charlie horses but ever since starting this program, I haven’t had one since! I feel so good with my body; her positive affirmations are so genuine and needed. I never felt so good about myself. Second, the app runs so smoothly! I am able to cast it on my tv with no issues of delays or audio/video issues. There are soooo many workout videos to choose from. If I am having a lazy day, I can choose a short workout; if I am feeling motivated, I can do either a longer one or choose multiple workout videos! I am so thankful for a program like this! Since I am able to workout from home, I feel so safe! Going to the gym, I would have eyes on me and with my anxiety, I thought they were making fun of me (I doubt that was the case but I couldn’t help it) but I feel so free working out! -- Kam16kam, 2024-12-12 ### **--- "Thought there was a free option" I got this app under the impression that I would be able to access a few workout routines for free without signing up for the free trial, which is what I wanted. Unfortunately the only option was to sign up for one of the subscription plans. Otherwise it seems like a cute app but I didn’t get to try any of the functions. -- Hof28, 2023-09-28 ### ***** "Excellent programming!" App is so easy to use! The fitness style is so upbeat and low impact- PLUS modifications are included in each class. The program options are so versatile that you could do a different type of workout every day if you wanted! Also, the creator is very positive and encouraging! GREAT vibes. -- mtsianfa, 2022-11-21 ### ***** "Meghan is awesome" I’ve been a member since the beginning of what was CitySweat by Meghan. Meghan is an authentic and encouraging leader to all. She keeps it real, effective and fun! You will add to your day/life by joining her classes and following her account. So glad I have Glisten and Meghan in my life! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 -- AalisonB, 2022-11-21 ### ***** "At Home Workout Perfection" I love at home workouts for numerous reasons but LOVE the Glisten app to easily filter workouts based on what I need that day. Super easy to use on my phone or my laptop, where-ever I am. Meghan is the first person who actually made me have FUN with exercise and see it as a celebration rather than a form of self punishment. Highly recommend you giving Glisten a try! -- oliviamarchioni, 2022-11-21 ### ***** "AMAZING" I feel my greatest when I am doing a Glisten workout. Working out with Meghan does not feel like a workout. You are celebrating yourself, your body, and movement! I feel 1000 times more confident in myself after being a part of Glisten🧡 -- imherefromtiktok234, 2022-11-21 ### ***** "Complete game changer!!" Love this app and how organized/accessible the workout selection is! Perfect for users of all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Meghan makes each workout fun and motivates me to be my best self mentally and physically! -- lukejames7, 2022-11-21 ### ***** "Love These Workouts!" I have been using these workouts for a couple years. The new app has been working great! I like being able to download the workouts to my phone. Browsing through the videos is easy and informative. And I can create a list of favorite workouts to come back to. I love getting to to move and workout with fun electronic dance music. And Meghan is doing the workouts with you the whole time! Most workouts have a pattern, but there are so many moves Meghan creates that each workout feels unique. Most workouts will work on a part of the body for two songs. If I’m getting tired, I tell myself I can keep going through the song! The workouts are challenging, but still fun at the same time. -- susanhorn, 2022-04-26 ### ***** "A feel-good way to move your body!" Whenever I do a CitySweat class it is always the best part of my day! Meghan’s energy is infectious and her classes will leave you smiling, sweaty, and ready to conquer the day! It’s a celebration of movement, not a punishment. Now with the app, I can CitySweat anywhere, anytime! -- tshamoun, 2022-03-06 ### ***** "Meghan is the BEST!!" This app is so easy to use! The different types of classes are split into sections, so you can browse easily. LOVE Meghan and her classes so much! She has the best energy and her classes always leave me feeling amazing! -- bewiner, 2022-03-06 [View all Glisten by Meghan McFerran reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Glisten by Meghan McFerran -
