## Global Access+ Reviews in Jamaica

### *---- "This App sucks"
Not working since I got the update
-- Damian Don, 2026-01-05

### ***-- "Needs a thorough think through"
Slow to load and keeps locking my account
-- AB_876, 2025-12-12

### **--- "New User Friction"
New to this bank. Coming from scotia’s app and Ncb’s app. There is so much friction to understand how your app works it’s turning me off from the bank. I had to go into a branch to pay off a credit card balance because there are no instructions on how to pay it in the app. The teller explained that I had to create a new payee to pay it. Tried this later that day and realized that the credit card account is a separate account. This account is not findable (like the debit account). It would be helpful to view this easily since you need it to add a payee but since the info is already in the app why not give me an option as an automatic payee.

I’m now realizing that the credit card account number doesn’t show itself in the app like the debit card account either so god help me fi find back the paper that I lost when signing up for the card. It would also be nice to see your credit card statement date under the credit card section. The Card Payment button shows you your statement with no date, the credit card activity button does nothing, standing instruction and the third person card buttons also do nothing either .

### *---- "App always give problem."
One thing with this app you can’t depend on it anytime cause first of all anytime you enter it and put in your code it’s wrong all when it right from I use this app I can count on my finger how many time I have enter in my account once a while it work.
-- Stinga21, 2023-02-09

### *---- "Review"

-- tajae campbell, 2022-12-30

-- ejwhshqj, 2022-11-09

### *---- "Trash"
This app is trash.
-- Crytur123, 2022-06-09

### *---- "Unresponsive App"
I haven’t been able to log in the app for weeks, I have to use the online version. The team need to revisit this app because it’s frustrating customers. The user experience is painful to access my own money!
-- Tifydee, 2022-03-29

### *---- "Latoya Rob"
I don’t even see the option to sign up
-- lattyrob, 2022-02-01
