I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company regarding my recent insurance claim.

My attempts to seek clarification or assistance were met with vague responses or no response at all.

I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer care. Instead, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I urge you to review this matter seriously and provide an explanation for the lack of support, as well as outline any steps you intend to take to prevent similar situations in the future.

I had 8 weeks sick leave and tried to claim the first week for short-term disability, other weeks claiming EI. I sent claim by app, emailed, called and left voice mails but nobody replied, only deleted my claim from the app without explanation.

Definitely need to step it up when you compare to other insurance companies. Should be able to sign in with Face ID for sure. That’s old news but global is behind. Should make it more known so everyone can direct bill

This app has no page where I can submit my claims when I’m out of coverage . It had the option a week prior but now it doesn’t!!! Unacceptable.

I bet the page where they collect monies always works, just not the page where they have to pay out claims.

Why are our benefits being cut with this new provider when we’re paying more?!? Why do we have less coverage? Why are weight loss medications not covered but colesterol and high blood pressure and diabetes medications are? Most of those problems are caused by weight gain. Wouldn’t it make sense to cover those meds as well? It would save millions on the other medications in the long run.
