## Global Blue Reviews in United States

### *---- "Keeps Crashing"
As soon as I sign in the app crashes. Cant use it at all.
-- Le_Chiffre_, 2024-12-29

### *---- "How to delete my info"
I would like to delete my information and delete this app, since I have this app I can’t get all my money.
-- katticita, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Registration"
Terrible .. they app says I need to complete registration but when I get email from GB in told my profile already exists
-- Paul bad apppp, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Update"
This app doesn’t work if you buy something it may or may not show up and never shows the updated info if the refund was sent of not!
-- roshchdhshxh, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Not a time saver!"
Don’t bother downloading in Tromso no one here knows how to use the app so you end up having to fill out the paper forms anyways it was a huge waste of time! If the have an app they advertise they should take the time to educate their staff how to use the app instead of making me waste an hour of my time filling it out in the app only for the staff at the airport to be clueless and not know how to use the app!
-- Brenna1235, 2024-10-29

### ***** "Easier"
You can see all your purchase. Hassal free
-- KAT1RA, 2024-10-26

### *---- "The app will get you in trouble"
I recently had a terrible experience with Global Blue that cost me €247.
I shopped at several stores in Italy, including the Apple Store, where I bought an iPhone 16 Pro. Everything seemed fine as the app showed all the amounts, giving me confidence that the process was working as expected.
However, when I arrived at the airport to have my receipts stamped by customs for my tax refund, I was informed that the Apple Store had not entered my passport information correctly. As a result, I couldn’t get my tax refund for the iPhone purchase, and I lost €280.
This is not just an issue with the store, but with Global Blue as well. The app should have notified me about any missing or incorrect information, especially since it is designed to track such details. Instead, it failed to catch this critical error, leaving me stuck with no refund.
-- RaminR, 2024-10-23

### *---- "Did not receive refund"
I went to the kiosk. I got the stamp. I turned it in with an envelope and both Chanel and blow didn’t refund tax free to me but the other items that I did the same thing with the same officer that got stamped I received I feel like you guys are fraud and I want my money
-- Jenn Blair, 2024-10-17

### *---- "VAT you will never see"
Global Blue said that my documents weren’t stamped on exit. They were. Now the whole transaction has disappeared from their app. So who has the €1099 that I am due?? Let’s play a guessing game…
-- mmmmaib, 2024-10-14

### ***** "Great"
This is a great app to see your purchases and keep track. I will continue to use it during my travel endeavors.
