I bought a 14-days data package for my trip to Mexico and I followed their setup instructions as instructed. Only to come back to Canada to a nasty cell phone bill for data roaming. Stay away from this nonsense app!!

BOUGHT 10 gbs in canada worked fast then bought unlimited data and the data was soo slow… basically scamming company back to AIR ALO

For our current US trip we decided to try Global YO based on their competitive pricing however the service is not satisfactory. First of all it is advertised as T-Mobile is the main carrier however it keeps rejecting commections ams only option is Verizon Wireless which is very slow and almost zero network coverage, I think they are limiting 3rd party users in terms of speed and connectivity. I purchased 20GB package but with the current speed around 5mbps LTE, it is impossible to finish the package.

Doesn’t work

Had a terrible experience with eSim in Egypt, very slow and unreliable, and they refused to refund me

Went to Seattle WA for a 3 days trip from Vancouver BC. Activated the eSIM when crossing the border at Peace Arch. No signal was picked up along I-5. Contact their tech support when I arrived the campsite via wi-fi. Chatbot replied with instructions given. Able to connect next morning but the connectivity went dead in the afternoon. The connection went on and off for no reason in the next 2 days. When u contact their support again, same instructions and message replied, not helpful at all. Very disappointing experience I have uninstalled their app and will not try their services again

I bought unlimited data for Australia but it never worked!!! The esim itself never got recognized by apple, tried with multiple devices too but no luck. No customer support stay away folks
