### ***-- "Underwhelming!"
I had high hopes for this redesign, especially since it was long overdue. Unfortunately, it feels like the user experience has actually gotten worse.

One of the core ways people use this app is to check parcel statuses yet instead of making that information more accessible, you’ve buried it even deeper. Why not use the homepage to immediately show packages that are on the way? It’s such a simple, obvious improvement, and it’s frustrating that it was overlooked.

Also, while the animations are nice from a design perspective, they’re totally overkill. They just make the app feel slower and less responsive. I’m not opening the app to admire motion graphics - I’m here to add and track parcels and manage my balance quickly and easily.

The new look might be a bit more polished, but it feels like surface-level changes were prioritized over real usability improvements. Please take this feedback seriously. Small UX tweaks would make a huge difference.

### ***** "😍"
գույների թարմացումը լավ միտք էր
-- Annn009, 2025-04-26

### **--- "Misleading Update"
I was expecting innovation, but in reality, it’s the same app with a blue theme instead of black. This isn’t Globbing 2.0, it’s more like Globbing 1.1. Since I was convinced by your ads, fine, I gave it a try. But honestly, I see no reason to update.
