The home page does not show the scenes even after adjusting the setting
Scenes with trigger need a “Confirm Run” after I pressed it. 
It was a simple app that did the job, now it’s unintuitive and time consuming

“iOS compatibility updates for improved stability.”

“Redesigned main panel for quicker, more intuitive access.”

And a few other supposed “improvements.”

Unfortunately, besides destroying something that was simple and working perfectly fine before, this update has now made the app completely unreliable.

I have around 20 Globe lights throughout my house, and since this update, they constantly go offline and come back online. I can’t even rely on the app anymore to simply turn my lights on and off.

I have also lost HOURS of configuration, and apparently there is no proper way to preserve or restore those settings because you decided to block or remove that functionality. This is ridiculous.

Even worse, if someone changes their Wi-Fi password, I basically have to redo the entire setup because the configuration cannot simply be retained and updated properly. How is that acceptable for a smart-home product in 2026?

If this update had been properly tested before being pushed to customers, none of the problems I am dealing with right now should have happened.

So thank you for all the extra work this update has created for me, the hours of configuration I have lost, and the lights I can no longer reliably enjoy through the app.

Considering the price of Globe products (and Globe products certainly aren’t cheap here in Montreal) I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Please fix this ASAP. I invested in roughly 20 of your lights because I expected the ecosystem to remain reliable, not to have a software update suddenly break a setup that was already working.

If this is not fixed, I will simply replace them with products from another competitor that is completely unrelated to Globe. I am not going to keep investing money and time into an ecosystem where an app update can destroy my configuration and make basic functionality unreliable.

don’t buy from this company unless you want the relentless tedium that is your devices constantly disconnecting from the wifi and being bombarded with flashing lights while trying to set them back up again, which usually takes hours because they can’t ever work properly. seriously, why does a LIGHT BULB need a wifi connecting, just give me a goddamn remote.

I’ve set the outlet to run a simple off in the morning on in the evening, I’ve made sure that I’m connected to this specific outlet and I’ve set it to resume last input on power up or whatever the steering is supposed to be but it always stay in the state I left it ( off when it should be on or vise versa) and when I check what the setting it’s back to the default off when first powered up.

Hello I have had this app for over three years and I love it but I would just like to suggest adding a feature for a type bar that allows you to type in a colour code along side the colour wheel. My reason being is that while the colour wheel is good at a variety of colours I feel a place to type in a colour code would be very handy and provide someone with the colour they are looking for. I have had a consistent problem with finding the colour I desire and can never do so with the colour wheel. Thanks so much for your time.
