I love the apps flexibility with different WiFi plugs and lights.

Great app, great product! The only thing I find a problem is that the music sync is awful. During the slow songs the lights flash like crazy and it’s not great. But otherwise it’s great.

Bulb worked fine with app for months then stopped working and I was dragged around customer relations for hours with a repeated refrain of “have you made sure your bulb is secure?” or seemingly questioning my sense of literacy. I’m adept enough to know the basics of wireless electronics. Deleted and reinstalled app, tried 2.4Ghz band, update, different device, all I could find in forums. What makes it worse is I can’t even return it now. Never again.

Plug only works half the time, you have to delete it from your account and re add it to work again. I would never buy this brand again

This app has become useless to me, it used to work on Apple Watch but now no longer does. Now it just says “devices not available on Globe Suite” what’s that about? Fix the app please!

This app is great and I like that it allows you to change colors. The only thing I recommend is adding a way to enter the RGB Hex triplet code manually to get the exact color people want.

The IR transmitter device actually learns and control many devices, including Infomir set top boxes. The app is OK but would be amazing with the ability to create a custom remote control with custom buttons. What’s really useful is the ability to use voice control from Siri, Alexa or Google.

Loved the app until the widget disappeared with iOS 18 update. At this point I’m not hopeful it’ll come back.

I absolutely love this global suite, app, and the accompanying smart outlet. I needed a porch light, but I didn’t wanna have it on all night long. So, being able to set on and off times has been a game changer. The only Update I would like to have is the ability to program a sixth routine.
