بعد استعمالنا الاجباري للتطبيق لعدة سنوات، فيؤسفني القول انه من أسوأ التطبيقات الضعيفة من الناحية الفنية و ركاكته التقنية، حيث اجزم ان مبرمج مبتدئ يستطيع صنع تطبيق افضل من هذا التطبيق السيء، و قد نقلنا لشركة التأمين ملاحظاتنا عن التطبيق و لم يتم الاخذ بها، و لذلك اقيمه بأقل من نجمة، و في هذا العصر من المعيب ان يكون الواحهة التقنية لكبرى شركات التأمين مثل هذا البرنامج، اتمنى ان يقرأ احد مدراء الشركة هذا التقييم و يحاول تحسينه

The app design is very bad. Slow and crashing.
There is a critical issue happening always on the when you add your self and your spouse and children  when you  scroll on the home page to transfer between profiles you will not be able to see your benefits or digital card it will always open to the second index not the first index I hope you can fix this quickly or contact me for more information
