Something went wrong

Since I downloaded this app until now, every time I try to check my data usage, I receive the error message “Something went wrong. Please go back and try again later.” This issue is incredibly frustrating, as I rely on it to monitor my usage for various tasks. Could you please address this problem?

Lousy and not refunded

I bought as PH visitor and the apps didnt provide me any esim even i follow all their steps and they showed the message “Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to get the Philippines number for you. Please wait a moment and try again later” and i have tried whole day today and even cant click the help button even i have read through the website. Feeling very disappointed on this.

Globe crowned themselves as the biggest telco in Philippines.. what a shame

Please improve this lousy new globe apps… until now the OTP to enroll an account did not sent out, try so many time until this lousy apps become exhausted 😡😡😡

Hey Globe, do something! Read the reviews. From Slow to not working at all. In short, useless app. Are you going to launch a new one? If no, fix this! Globe - Prepaid, Postpaid and Broadband have unli issues, now here comes the App too! Come on guys, it’s 2025 already!!! ANNOYED CUSTOMER HERE!
