Useless App
DO NOT INSTALL this app. Cannot even register nor use an existing globe sim. I have an old globe account and cannot be used to this globeone. Such a waste of money paid to the developer of this app.
How to change the credit card details?
Poorly thought system. No one has ever thought of an option to change the credit card details. I used a cc that has expired and needs updating. Now, I don’t have the option to update it.
Can’t Update the App
When I went into the app today it prompted me to update it to the 18.21 version. I tried but there is no way to update it like other Apps. I deleted the app to reinstall and still can’t get the new version. Worse is I can’t get my home page and can’t see my billing info because of the notice to ‘Upgrade to the Latest Version!’. Please do better. It’s super frustrating!
Wasting our time using this app
It doesn’t allow me to login using my globe mobile, doesn’t allow me to login using my email, doesn’t allow me to register using my globe mobile totally a waste of time Useless app. Waste of space.

The worst App I’ve ever known. Initial log in for registration always failed. Couldn’t accept my numbers. Dapat mag Dota nalang nag Develop ng App na to. Grabe lang kwenta
Tagged as a necessity, but it’s just poorly performing
You need to do things - to raise requests, to renew, to cancel, to pay. And yet it’s poorly performing all the time!!!
A very poor performing app.
Should have change their it making this app. Starting from signing in a lot of problems already encountered. The Sim registration cannot indentify the id being uploaded. Passwords are not valid then when you change the password will tell you that it’s the last password. And a whole lot more. This app doesn’t deserve even a single star.
Errors and Delays
In a world full of instant, this app gives you the opposite. App has issues just by logging in. Otp messages arrive on the dot after 5min. Logging in and load goes to error unless you are connected to a very speedy internet. So technically the coding of your app can be better. So inconvenient
