## GlocalMe Reviews in United States

### *---- "Poor Customer Service"
I purchased a plan and when we arrived in country, the plan was not working. It said insufficient funds. I have the email receipts and invoices. I tried calling the 1877 number and there was no answer and it just said call back later. I contacted customer service via chat which was unhelpful and suggested that I email which would take 12 hours when they were back in the office. Because we were in need I just purchased another plan and I'm waiting to hear from customer service about refunding me.
-- Joseph RR2025, 2025-08-28

### ***** "Business Owner"
I show hope this works because I need it for my business
-- Home of Angels LLC, 2025-08-04

### **--- "Conflicting information via app and 24/7 support"
The plan can be expensive without the Daily Check in points. The recent update mentions an app revamp, but the customer rep said it’ll be removed soon. If those are removed, then this is in fact too expensive for the overall value.
-- Lvlyyyy, 2025-07-30

### **--- "Horribly cryptic to use"
Nothing is properly explained… constantly guessing what is what… hire some ergonomics and UI engineers or something
-- damianstrong, 2025-07-29

### *---- "Not good"
I bought this for camping and needless to say it isn’t worth the money internet connection is spotty at best. Doesn’t keep a steady connection. No happy at all. Get a starlink.
-- Drew 2271, 2025-07-22

### ***** "GlocalMe cord"
It amazing once you pay for it. Works great enjoy it a lot and I would recommend more people get one.
-- Cheatheat, 2025-06-29

### ***** "Mobile Data That’s Fast"
My data with GlocalMe is faster and more reliable than my data with my carrier.
-- Chris_2, 2025-06-18

### ***** "Reliable Wifi connectivity"
The best choice for Wifi, I have been using it since the Covid. All my coworkers using it, save a lot for overseas travel
-- KentT1234, 2025-06-11

### ***** "Numen Air 5G hotspot device"
Probably the most money and most efficient reliable hotspot I ever thought could exist really!

Hotspot pros:
1. Downloads ps5 games in 2 hours at most
2. Can stream tv apps without chewing up data
3. Live broadcasting is very reliable but only at 720p
4. What’s left of your data balance will roll over into your next monthly plan
4. They have a point system
5. Also good for messy roommates that take advantage using the WiFi and not sharing control

Hotspot cons:
1. Money is prolly the biggest thing! The device was like $430 plus tax and the data plan I got is their top tier 250GB 5G a month for $160
2. You WILL MOST DEFINITELY chew up your data regardless of the data saver when it comes to downloading a ps5 games! Basically subtract how much data you have from the size of the game
3. The battery will drain quickly the longer it’s off the charger, odd enough!

I still give it 5 stars because I can take it anywhere and have 5G hotspot so I can play my ps5 and not run my phone bill up! Also it’s better than the WiFi service I recently had
-- PapaCherry64, 2025-06-06

### ****- "Pretty good"
Fair great WiFi service usually when you need it. Pretty decent speeds. But a tad bit expensive at times.
