Designed to enhance the relationship between people with diabetes and their healthcare providers, the free and secure Glooko Mobile App helps users stay connected and collaborate remotely with their care teams between visits, identify trends, share reports, and keep their diabetes and related health data in a single app. 

The clinically proven Glooko platform syncs data from more than 200 diabetes and health monitoring devices, including blood glucose meters (BGM), insulin pump, continuous glucose monitors (CGM), smart scales, fitness apps, and activity trackers. Health data can be synced from compatible connected devices and third party diabetes and health monitoring apps, or manually inputted. I have the True Metrix Air and I can’t get it to connect with this app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve uninstalled the True Metrix Air app. I’ve restarted my phone. Turned Bluetooth off and back on. Turned Bluetooth off on the Metrix air and turned it back on. Completely lost on getting it to connect.

I love this app but for some reason my phone and my meter won’t pair. I haven’t had an issue pairing before but besides that, the app is great!

I was using this so my Dr would have access to my blood sugar levels but when I opened it and completed the setup I was amazed at how easy and fast it was able to put together all my health information. It even lets me speak in what my food intake is.

I have this app to keep track of my blood glucose levels and when I went in to check things this box comes up. There is nothing for me to click to accept cookies and I cannot close the box. Can someone please help me?

This app is worthless. Takes hours to update, if it even does at that point. Customer service is aggressive and reliant on the fact that it’s not meant as a real time follow. Nobody expects that but it would be great if it actually worked occasionally.
