Was very excited to start using this app, unfortunately it won’t save any of the formulas or photos I have tried to upload unless the client is imported directly from your contact list which most of them aren’t saved on my personal phone. I have tried to get help (btw) there’s no button for that,I went to “app support” and it “errors”.I’m extremely disappointed since I paid for a whole year of this, no wonder it had no trial period. -- Cindytc&sb, 2023-10-07 ### ****- "Is there any way to restore my data?!" Hi, I’ve been using app for a while, but since I change my iPhone all my saved info is gone! -- nasimravankhah, 2023-04-28 ### ***** "BEST APP FOR HAIRSTYLIST" I’m obsessed with this app. Keeps track of all my clients formulas, date service was done, price of service, and you can put pictures with every formula!!! Love love love. Use it daily :) -- hairquarius, 2023-02-19 ### *---- "Didn’t work at all" Didn’t save anything I entered for formulas, not one. Kept just shutting off, it has a button to email them that didn’t work either. Rushed to cancel this subscription. My opinion is it’s a joke. -- JudeJett, 2023-01-13 ### ***** "Great app!" This is such a great app! Everything works as it should, and wow I so do appreciate the external backups you can do with this app! Once upon a time I used a different app (for several years) that they up and decided to discontinue.. POOF! All my client notes & formulas were gone just like that :( it was a pretty bad day for me- to say the least. This app is totally worth the money for me, and such a nice peace of mind knowing I can export all my formulas to so many different locations! -- Mollypop5678, 2022-09-13 ### ****- "Simple!" Pro- I love how easy this is to use. I just wanted something for formulas. This has been so simple and fast. Bonus with the supply list too. My only suggestion- auto correct with the typing would be helpful. I never realized how much I rely in that when I am typing fast. And usually I am rushing to get this info entered. So it would be helpful if it could decipher my typos. -- jkarustis, 2022-08-13 ### *---- "My formulas are missing" I’ve used this app for years and my formulas have been deleted suddenly. My coworker is dealing with the same issue -- wolfsecho, 2022-07-14 ### ***** "Customer Service on Point!" Had a hiccup with my account and unable to access info. Sent an email and quickly navigated me in the correct direction! Awesome response time & Service on Point! -- ismebaba, 2022-05-25 ### *---- "Keeps freezing up" I have used it for a couple of months and it is so easy. But….. it keeps freezing up and not recording my work. Now I can’t even open up the app to look what I have to write everything down. Why pay for something that doesn’t work correctly. -- Christytormoehlen, 2022-04-25 [View all Gloss reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Gloss In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Gloss | $35.99 | ## Gloss Discovered Keywords -
