Ordering weight products are broken: it adds kg in unclear way and from 1 kg if it is less than 1 you will pay incredibly high fee (~6 lari). If an order is changed in a shop and some items are deleted, the money for delivery will be withdrawn even though you have prime subscription. Terrible application.

After the recent update, translate feature was removed which makes it impossible to make orders in some locations

The feedback contains two parts — app itself and service in the city where I'm staying. 1. App is usable if you know Georgian language. Automated translate works from time to time. At least half of the lines/names/descriptions are not translated. 2. Service in Glovo's Tbilisi department is lower than ground. Nobody is responsible for anything here. If you got products that are covered with mold, having terrible smell and totally not eatable — be sure that nobody will get back your money. Customer support agents will tell you that everything is OK with your product despite all the photos and video that you've provided in chat. The same situation is when you received the order that has missing item. Want a partial refund for the missing item? Just forget. Why I used Glovo app? Because they have unique partners like Nikora. Nobody else delivers products from this shop. But it's enough for me. I'm tired and want to stop loosing money. Wolt is the best even without partnership with Nikora. Bye Glovo. Hope my money helped somebody. If you wanna have the best delivery service in Tbilisi — close this page and go to Wolt.
Курьер не принес заказ, отметил что он его вручил. На телефон не звонил. Я написал в поддержку что бы разобрались, мне сказали что курьер стучал мне в дверь но этого не произошло. Спорт общался грубо и надменно, якобы я пытаюсь их обмануть. Возврат не сделали. На мое предложение показать записи с камер окончили диалог.
