Totally not satisfied.
The feedback contains two parts — app itself and service in the city where I'm staying. 1. App is usable if you know Georgian language. Automated translate works from time to time. At least half of the lines/names/descriptions are not translated. 2. Service in Glovo's Tbilisi department is lower than ground. Nobody is responsible for anything here. If you got products that are covered with mold, having terrible smell and totally not eatable — be sure that nobody will get back your money. Customer support agents will tell you that everything is OK with your product despite all the photos and video that you've provided in chat. The same situation is when you received the order that has missing item. Want a partial refund for the missing item? Just forget. Why I used Glovo app? Because they have unique partners like Nikora. Nobody else delivers products from this shop. But it's enough for me. I'm tired and want to stop loosing money. Wolt is the best even without partnership with Nikora. Bye Glovo. Hope my money helped somebody. If you wanna have the best delivery service in Tbilisi — close this page and go to Wolt.
Недоставленный заказ без возврата
Курьер не принес заказ, отметил что он его вручил. На телефон не звонил. Я написал в поддержку что бы разобрались, мне сказали что курьер стучал мне в дверь но этого не произошло. Спорт общался грубо и надменно, якобы я пытаюсь их обмануть. Возврат не сделали. На мое предложение показать записи с камер окончили диалог.

Hi. Thanks for app and service. I use it every often. After last updates, there is no function “translate menu to english/russian language” . Is it a bug? Will you return it soon? Looking forward to getting this function back.

You ruined my birthday ! They didn't deliver my birthday breakfast, at first they postponed the order time, and then they canceled the order altogether. Explaining that the problem is with couriers! If you think that you have made amends by giving 13 pln extra credit, then you will be mistaken!!! I will never use your services again!!! And I don 't recommend it to anyone !!!! Вы испортили мой день рождения ! Не доставили мой праздничный завтрак, сначала переносили время заказа , а потом и вовсе отменили заказ. Объясняя тем что проблема с курьерами! Если вы считаете , что считате что вы загладили свою вину дав 13 pln экстра кредит , то вы ошибатесь!!! Я больше никогда не буду пользоваться вашими услугами!!! И никому не рекомендую !!!! Jeśli uważasz, że zadośćuczyniłeś się udzielając 13 zł dodatkowego kredytu, to się mylisz!!! Nigdy więcej nie będę korzystać z Twoich usług!!! I nikomu nie polecam !!!!
