This app is scam I order from Burger King never come keep the money and don’t dent me the order I go there don’t give me the money or the order
First time user and I was satisfied with the service and information in the app.
I ordered some groceries at 6pm because I was completely out of everything. It is now almost 1 AM and I STILL haven’t received my order. I contacted customer support 7 times and still nothing. They “couldn’t find a delivery driver”. After they finally found one six hours later, the courier was never informed of the order and canceled once he found out from ME. So now they are looking for another courier again. Never ordering from here again and deleting the app the second I get my groceries.
Ordered food and got my order stolen. I informed the customer service and their reply was that they cannot do anything. So I paid in order to get anything…This was their response. After you make the new update shows Error CGS 100!! It doesn’t working!!! Nobody cares nobody !!!! I tried to talk with the customer support and told me that “ shake your phone and report there for a bug " I did it and nothing shows in the screen!!! I’m using iPhone 14 Pro Max ! why ask for a monthly subscription since you don't care about the app? i am subscribed with a monthly subscription and i feel dumb because it doesn't work, this is unacceptable!!! I have to stay in Kenya for a while and your app it doesn't work congratulations for that no services you provide !
Good looking app easy to use , it should have a language option it makes it really difficult to order if you don’t know Romanian , and there should be an option about what to remove or to add in your products
Apparently they don't care about the quality and how the food comes to the customers. Also, support will not help you at the chat if you have issues. The delivery time of my order changed twice from the application and I received my food cold and with a gentleman’s hair in my burned fries. I paid for something I would not even choose for free!
