Big group of scammers 

I’ve ordered a courier service through their app and did this many times before without any problems. The courier always pays in the shop and delivers the parcel and I pay in cash. 

Now the courier cancelled without reason and I have to pay for the order nonetheless. 

Support is not helpful, they just charge my account and take money for non-delivery.
