Щоразу коли роблю замовлення, воно або запізнюється на годину-дві або просто кажуть «точно все доставлять» і в останній момент скасовують, коли ви прочекали 3 години
Ужас
На суму более чем 1 000 грн, и потратив 7 часов ожидания так ничего и не привезли. Напрямую связаться с заведением невозможно. Все только через поддержку, которая сама связаться не в состоянии. Пишет что заказ отдан, а кому и как - наплевать. Вернуть деньги не возможно (максимум это «бесплатный» заказ на ту же суму) при повторном заказе та же самая история. Никто ничем не может помочь. Если и хотите заказывать тут еду то выбирайте способ оплаты налом. Иначе вашу еду съедят за ваш счет, а затем разведут руками.

glovo, Romania, Constanta - thieves. I have prime delivery and large order amounts, without additional fees. I tip the courier in cash, not additional amounts to the order. Back in the fall, if the store did not have the products from the order, they were removed and the money for this product was returned to the card. But for more than a month this has not happened and the money for undelivered goods is simply stolen. In support, you can note that not all goods have been delivered, but you can not contact support and support simply ignores, it is noted that the complaint is in progress and that's it. There is evidence that Glovo are thieves! Money was debited from the card, the amount on the check is less. It is proven which products are not on the list. and Glovo did not return the money. They just stole.

There is no any information when the business closes. I wanted to make the order but the business closed before I did that. That's stupid ux/ui solution….
Жахливий сервіс!!
Прочекала замовлення майже дві години ,але курʼєр так і не забрав його, більше того замовлення просто взяли і скасували. Для чого показувати доступність курʼєрів якщо їй фізично немає?! Для чого вводити в оману!?

Здравствуйте, начну с того что это самая бесполезная поддержка клиентов которая есть, если вы ожидаете ваш заказа больше 3 часов потом вас кормят тем что все будет бесплатно и вы получите свой заказ, его в итоге просто отменят. Почта поддержки данной компании так же является бесполезной, поскольку они просто тратят ваше время и ваш ресурс. Компания не заинтересована в том чтоб закрыть ошибку со своей стороны. Им проще сказать что у них нет курьеров, и они не могут доставить ваш заказ в течении 3 и более часов. Используя данное приложение ожидайте то что место того чтоб покушать что-то с помощью их доставки вы покушаете воздух, потратите свои нервы а так же время на них.
