Невозможно связаться со службой поддержки, если интересует какой-либо вопрос. Это нужно заходить в какой-нибудь заказ, на него якобы жаловаться, и потом писать в чате с поддержкой интересующий вопрос
Наплевательство
Совершил покупку в данном приложении, по итогу прождав продукты с маркета АТБ целых 3 часа получил возврат средств. До этого сотрудник поддержки говорил что заказ будет выполнен в течении дня.

Бесполезная дичь ,от слова совсем ,какой смысл от доставки которая не может привезти еду в 21:30,пустозвонная реклама это максимум этой бездарной конторы ,горите в аду)
Missing critical feature
Add tips after received order, adding tip before receiving the order doesn’t make any sense. Tried to contact support to request this feature, no one responded after 40 minutes
Support scam
Created a big order, waited almost for 4 hours, at first at 2nd hour said that they will cover whole order, at 4th hour said that order is cancelled at I would get a coupon for 30uah 🫠, without any compensation of order . It was almost 12 pm and no one restaurant worked at those time, Ukrainian thing, so we were hungry till early morning.

Заказ пива
Сделайте наконец выбор емкости тары при заказе пива, набирают в ведра, а нормальные люди пьют из маленьких бутылок, или хотя бы добавьте возможность оставлять коментарий при заказе, нет никакой взаимосвязи с клиентами
Сервис ужас, даже не регистрируйтесь
Не первый раз заказы(особенно мне везет на медикаменты), отменяют дожидаясь истечения время работы сервиса(от момента оформления заказа до момента закрытия сервиса минимум час всегда). Интересно а если бы кто то заказывал инсулин? Таблетки от сердца? Давления? При этом, заранее прося менеджера поддержки сказать, успевают ли они, ответ :Конечно, курьер уже кладет в сумку заказ!!! А потом : упс, извините, вот вам 30 гривен(0,75$) компенсации на следующий заказ!) Не рекомендую. Заказы еды вообще ни разу не доставили в полном объеме или вообще отменяли. Бесполезная служба . Пользуйтесь Болт!
Погано працює додаток
Хотіла оплатити картою, декілька раз зробила оплату, гроші зняло і повернуло назад. Замовлення немає, в підтримку пишу все ок с системою, а потім через хвилину додаток перестає працювати👍 Дякую за їжу, попʼю чай і буду працювати далі.
