Terrible chat support
Order never arrived , don’t even have a Bosnian number - driver never knocked on the door : took my food items and drove off. Spoke to agent , they were unhelpful and can’t help. Never to be used again - a big scandal : Free delivery = stealing customers food and riding off. No knocking. 0/5

4 zile am incercat sa comand ceva de la kaufland prin glovo. La inceput spune ca magazinul e disponbil si dupa ce stau cate jumatate de ora sa adaug ce am nevoie in cos si merg la plata, imi spune ca nu accepta magazinul comenzi. Deci, pierdere de timp.

They’ve trashed themselves
Used to love Glovo then they sold themselves or had some sought of private equity transaction. After that they’ve infected every possible part of the app with advertisements and paid promotions. They’ve deleted the part of the app where you could order from places you’ve ordered from before, to force their customers to scroll through endless paid promotions from restaurants. They’ve replaced lots of the agent interaction with terrible AI. This app used to have incredible customer service and have trashed themselves. What a pity - whatever happened to it.. probably some greedy American firm has come in to ruin it over here in Europe.
