I was charged the estimated fee but not all items were delivered and the supermarket I ordered from provided an updated receipt. I raised the case with glovo and provided photos of both receipts. They are refusing to return the difference. I’m not asking for compensation, I’m asking that they return the difference! This is stealing!
After one too many BAD experiences with Supermercati Deco, the ONLY available grocery store, on Glovo. And, it seems, Glovo’s trust in me slowly eroding, I’m eating the loses of my last two purchases; and, definitely thinking hard about deleting my account and app. It’s over a year and the same old story with Deco. Well, thx to them, they and Glovo have lost a customer. But, Glovo could see me come back, if I move to a different town.
in general app works great! However I would suggest allowing users to turn off the haptic feedback, it’s extremely annoying!

I needed to order food urgently for my Mum who was by herself. I downloaded the Glovo app on the recommendation of a restaurant that I found close to her - the food was picked up and delivered under 20 minutes; communication was great and service was excellent. Well done!

Je suis extrêmement insatisfait de votre service client. J'ai fait une erreur dans l'adresse de livraison, et le livreur est parti avec ma commande en la marquant comme livrée, alors que je n'ai rien reçu. Lorsque j'ai contacté votre service client, on m'a dit de résoudre le problème avec le livreur directement, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Je préfère désormais utiliser un autre service de livraison.
The payment transfer option is really frustrating, it was slow and was just loading and loading. I made transfer twice and none was accepted. I am yet to receive a refunds or reversals for both payments.
Very expensive in terms of delivery, service etc. But that’s the same with a lot of delivery apps. The problem comes when something goes wrong. Whereas Uber Eats or Deliveroo would refund you instantly, Glovo keep your money and say there’s nothing they can do. My food arrived very late (it must’ve been on the back of a bike for 30mins, then when it arrived the driver had an Uber Eats bag?) and was totally cold when it got here. But a huge amount of money in general, €20, but a lot for a burger and fries. Yet they offered only €4 off my next order. I wouldn’t pay for cold food in a restaurant. Obviously the service fee on €20 is more important than a loyal customer and a bad review. Avoid and keep your money safe. Muy caro en términos de entrega, servicio, etc. Pero lo mismo ocurre con muchas aplicaciones de entrega. El problema viene cuando algo sale mal. Mientras que Uber Eats o Deliveroo te reembolsarían al instante, Glovo se queda con tu dinero y dice que no pueden hacer nada. Mi comida llegó muy tarde (debe haber estado en la parte trasera de una bicicleta durante 30 minutos, luego, cuando llegó, ¿el conductor tenía una bolsa de Uber Eats?) Y estaba totalmente fría cuando llegó aquí. Pero una cantidad enorme de dinero en general, 20€, pero mucho para una hamburguesa con patatas fritas. Sin embargo, me ofrecieron sólo 4 € de descuento en mi próximo pedido. No pagaría por comida fría en un restaurante. Obviamente, la tarifa de servicio de 20 € es más importante que un cliente fiel y una mala crítica. Evita y mantén tu dinero seguro.
I travel from London to Italy, and ordered a food with this app, I ordered it at 3am and at 5:17 it shows that it has been delivered and I asked the reception and they told me they didn’t receive any food, I seek help from Glovo Support but they didn’t help me at all and eventually they steal my money , do not buy any food from this app.
