App froze, order cancelled and no refund
Ordered from the app and the app stopped working while we were waiting. We couldn’t see our order or any updates, and the app kept returning errors while saying to try again. Almost an hour later, the app began to work again and claimed our order was cancelled because were not there to receive it. When I tried to contact support, they spent an hour assessing the situation, disregarded my complaint and request for a refund and then ended the chat.

Not customer friendly
I ordered something to a certain adress which i clarified at the comment section. Without noticing me (neighter phonecall nor text message) the order was cancelled and i got fully charged for nothing as it said they couldn‘t reach me. I opened a chat about my case but glovo just said there is nothing they could do. in comparison to uber eats etc. very bad handling of this- so i won‘t use this app as i‘m not trusting it anymore to handle things properly.

Kiepska obsługa
Nie polecam zamawiania pizzy przez Glovo. Kurier kluczył w poszukiwaniu parkingu, aż wyszedłem i sam go wyręczyłem, odbierając pizzę na środku ulicy. Efekt? Pizza jak zimny kapeć. Rekompensata od Glovo? 8 zł… trzeba było czekać i pozwolić, żeby kurier jeszcze później przyjechał, może daliby mniej żenującą kwotę.

Ho usato Glovo per tanto tempo e mi son trovato sempre bene fino ad oggi, quando, dopo aver fatto un ordine che continuava ad essere posticipato diverse volte, ed averlo annullato assicurandomi che non fosse stato preparato dal ristorante e tanto meno accettato da un fattorino, scopro di non aver diritto a nessun rimborso. Ho scritto più volte al servizio clienti che non hanno fatto altro che dirmi di non aver diritto al reso
