Non responsive customer service
Many food items have incorrect nutritional information, many of them are missing carbs. Absolutely horrible response from CS after multiple emails. Certainly not worth the money for a subscription.

Excellent app
I still do not use all of the gb potential but it is obvious that it is a very helpful and benefivual tool. I love the fact tjat you can sinc it eith the site and the mere tracking and monitoring that gb allows is no doubt helping to control my type 2 diebetes.
