I just went off a pump and was looking for an app to track my insulin on board, get data to my Apple Watch, integrate with my CGM, and more. This app served it all up for me. I love that I have a widget on my Home Screen to see my sugar level, insulin on board and carbs on board. Previously I always had to open up the phone and go into the Libre app and I have never really thought about the bell curve of carbs. Great concept and works perfectly. Why their (Libre) software doesn’t do that stuff is just straight lack of use ability by the developers. I mean we pay for each of the sensors every 14 days… That you can invite others to this app for young kids or elderly parent monitoring is a huge plus. This app truly shows you what is possible that the device manufacturers for some reason….just don’t do. It is the hub for data between your devices and a source for insights that you won’t get through Follow or any other app we’ve seen. Both Dexcom and OP5 are amazing products but their app support is clearly designed for an adult managing their own diabetes. If you’re a parent trying to manage a child’s treatment, they both leave you VERY much in the dark. Gluroo solves 90% of that. It’s also the only way I can consistently connect to our Sugar Pixel.
