It is not letting me in

Be warned. If app says an issue occurred it indeed took a payment out. It will try to fool you like it didn’t take one out and that it’s still due. They took two payments out of my account right at Christmas and tax time. So in my eyes this company stole from my family. Now it will be days before I get it back.

I transfer my car payment amount every time I get paid. I paid it four days early with a receipt! It says processed in past payments but NOTHING has been taken out of my account and I’ll be damned if I’m the one to blame for that. And of course you wanna be careful because what if you over draw your account trying to get a bill paid and it’s not reflecting how it should. PLEASE fix this ASAP! It’s such an inconvenience and I don’t have time to get it out of a lot when I was paying on time!

I love this app very effective. Customer service is always on point. I will NEVER get a car loan unless it’s from them

Idk how many times gm has helped me and has understood my situation at times they are the best all around

This company laid off a man who worked there for 38 years and it most definitely ruined his retirement and probably the o my reason why they let him go. Selfish and greedy company.

The credit bureaus show your monthly debt as unpaid.

The app is broken. It’s always giving me an “unexpected error”. Now it’s not even letting me in. Not sure what the point is if I can’t even use it.

It will not let me link my bank account or my debit card to the app. So it’s completely worthless.

I have my payments marked for auto pay, but for some reason it didn’t auto pay this month. Ended up 2 days late on my payment. I know I had the money ready for it in the right bank account so I don’t know what’s going on.
