Several bugs...
Using iPad Air (iOS 17.5.1). As requested, listing some issues:
- receive a notification for a new email and click on it. The Gmail opens in a larger broken screen, where nothing works... but you can read the email.
- The app doesn't load emails older than 30 days. After some searching, I found a hidden option to extend this to 90 days, but after changing the setting, Gmail does not immediatelly synchonize. Why?
- Try to type "is:unread" in the search box. It will list all the unread messages, a very useful feature. It automatically opens the first email in the list. However, once I view that email, it no longer shows up as "unread" and disappears from the list, causing Gmail to open the next email automatically. Repeat. The useful feature becomes useless...

Gmail SPAMS going over load!!
There is way to many SPAM MAILS 10x a day and its getting out of hand!!! Gmail needs to step it up!!! Gmail is SLAGGING!!!!

J’ai vécu quelques épisodes où mon brouillon n'a pas été enregistré par l’application. C’est très fâchant !
2 factor loop and no help anywhere
When I click Continue, I am prompted to enter my gmail account and password. Once this is entered I am taken to a "2-Step Verification" screen.
On this screen I am instructed to open the Google App and tap Yes on the prompt to verify it's me.
I go to the Google App and of course there is no prompt because I'm not signed into the Google app, so l click on the upper-right icon in the Google App and select "Sign in"
The app then takes me through the exact same login process as above, ending with the 2-step verification and instructions to tap Yes at the prompt, which of course doesn't happen because I'm not signed into Google.
I have been stuck trying to deal with this and there is absolutely NO WAY to talk to a human being at google. This is a joke. I cannot find help and will definitely be using a different email service after this.

IT’s slow!!!
I don’t know if it’s the app being slow or the e-mails but it’s getting ridiculous. I’m getting my e-mails late, I don’t know why but this should be fixed!!
