I have been locked out from Gmail, due to password reentry

Trying to add my 2nd gmail address (which is already set up on my laptop) to my mobile device for convenience. Will it allow me to do that ? Absolutely not. When i type in my 2nd gmail address (under ‘Add Account’) into my mobile it then asks for my password. I type that in and it comes back with “incorrect password”. This despite the fact the password is absolutely correct and is the same one I use on my laptop. So it prompts me to change the password (for mobile device). I do that and set up a new one after going thru the verification process. So I then try to sign in again with my new password. It comes back with “incorrect password” again. So original password (which was correct) and new password (also correct) are both deemed “incorrect” by Google. Meanwhile I get all these alerts to my phone about ‘someone trying to sign in to my account (my legit 2nd gmail address) and was it me’. You just couldn’t make this up , it’s beyond ridiculous but seems to be pat for the course with Google.

I can’t find how you delete unwanted mail in my inbox in large amounts

I have broken my iPhone 11 beyond repair and have tried to log in on my new iPhone 16 and I now have no access to my google account because with the 2 factor authentication it requires me to click the app on my old phone. An absolute disgrace that I have no option to log in as you would think with a multi-billion dollar company that it should be easy to recover my account. I have followed all of the necessary steps and it keeps bringing me back to opening the app on my old phone. Please fix this ASAP as all of my important work emails and holiday tickets are connected to that account.

All my other Google apps are working, but this one remains stuck on the sign in screen.

After a recent release if you click on a link to an article in a newsletter, which takes you to another app or webpage, when you return to Gmail the mail has returned to the top. Not very intuitive as you now have to scroll down the newsletter again to get to where you were when you clicked the link. Previously when you followed a link and returned to the mail, it displayed where you had finished reading.

Love using google. Especially the workspace. It is a fantastic addition to our business and in particular how we communicate with each other. Only issue I don’t particularly like about google is the reviews. Our score and reviews are very good 4.4 access the board. I answer every one good or bad. Sometimes people put up reviews and they are very obviously damaging our business. I advise google and they are not available To discuss and don’t do anything to assist, for me It is important.
