## GNC LiveWell Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Missing Redeem Rewards Button"
On checkout the option to redeem the stack $5 rewards certificates are not showing up. One might use Apple Pay or Paypal Before the rewards option is even shown (currently not showing at all). Could devs please fix this, and maybe make the rewards experience a little bit more integrated?
-- Xavier515, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Trash"
This app is terrible it keeps glitching and kicking me out…. The other day I placed and order on the app and and attempted to cash in my points. It says it went through and even got an email. Today I checked my account it says I was charged for the full amount. I checked the app and it shows that I still have items in my cart even though I received my package and my points haven’t been used. There is no record of me ordering the products through my online or through the app.
-- the unkwn, 2024-11-20

### *---- "App needs to be fixed"
I just downloaded the app but it won’t let me login. When I click app support it shows error. Do not download until the developer fixes this.
-- Dance4HGA, 2024-11-18

### *---- "Bug"
This app didn’t work waste of time go to the store to save a lot of time dealing with slow system
-- JJCT19!, 2024-11-18

### **--- "Bugged"
App regularly lags and even crashes. Constantly having to close and reopen
-- Jerry Cha Cha, 2024-11-17

### **--- "Bugs"
Can’t sign in to my account on the app. Every time I try it takes me to another page to sign in, I enter my info, it reverts me back to the app, but I’m still not logged in
-- Collegeboi_j, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Full of bugs"
I took me at least 10 tries just to log into the app. I placed an order and while placing the order added a new shipping address, with a new card and billing address. Once I hit place order it was send to an old address that was still the default address. Customer service said nothing could be done to change the shipping address literally minutes after the order was placed because I called immediately. I had to cancel the order, and now wait 1-5 business days for the money to come back into my account. This is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible app and customer service. I was told I should use the website to avoid this in the future. Y’all should be ashamed.
-- ALPHAwCHARLIE, 2024-11-12

### *---- "Can’t login"
When I log into the app, it’ll let me in, but when I go to Account and then go to Sign-in, I get a white screen with a spinning red circle and then nothing happens!! It will not let me sign into my account.

My subscription has been renewed recently so it couldn’t be that. Ugh, the developers need to fix this app.
-- PandastcPanda, 2024-11-07

### *---- "Trash"
Will not let me login
-- Reddog816, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Can’t login"
App doesn’t let you login, even if you login and click account or rewards it makes you have to login again so basically you infinitely login and it never works
