Truly terrible app. Logs you out constantly. Feel outdated. Can’t even cancel my pro membership on the app. Sketchy business practices. Shame because I actually really like GNC

You guys this could be the slowest application I’ve EVER used. It takes minutes to load each page, and I know it’s the GNC app because everything else on my phone is running smooth and quick. The products I’m trying to buy don’t even have pictures that load so you barely know what you’re getting! If I opened the app on my phone right now to try to purchase some pre workout, It would seriously be faster for me to drive ten miles to home and fire up my desktop and use the website while my phone still tried to fire up the first Home Screen page on the app.

I was having issues checking out and entering my payment information as the app kept on displaying a loading circle. Eventually I gave up

Constantly logs you out, and sign in button more than not does nothing. “Oops something went wrong “ - you will see this often

Constant crashing. Always signs itself out. Never updated with actual correct information. Always out of sync with apple health etc and never shows correct purchase history

Can’t see my order history for in store and when I click on it, the app crashes. I’ve been shopping with gnc for 5 years and the app still doesn’t work😂

This app is ridiculous horrible! Why does it constantly log you out? Why can’t it keep you logged in? And if you can’t do that it needs to be able to log in based on facial recognition! Once log in it barely works doesn’t matter if you are on wifi or not it never works! If I could give 5 negative stars I would have!!!! This app is TRASH the worse app I have on my phone!
