## GO by Telepass Reviews in Switzerland

### *---- "App is just generally broken"
Says account is blocked, neither support button nor ”click here to fix” is working. Oh well, i just want to drive and pay, apprently they don’t want the money
-- zepi, 2025-12-02

### ***-- "Richiesta assistenza"

-- Alalillo, 2025-06-19

### *---- "worse customer care"
buttons in the app doesnt function. device doesnt function, no support in the motorway office, email support is not given. i sent now about more than 10 emails. everyone sent me to another one, no care and no solution… a nightmare
-- foreignerwithgo, 2025-05-29

### *---- "Request support button doesn‘t work"
Request support button doesn‘t work
Also the „click to fix“ button is without function
-- Via Milano 1990, 2024-11-18

### *---- "Doesn’t work at all"
Very frustrating experience because nothing works on this app and one cannot even use the website to process requests, add credit card details, etc as all is supposed to be done on the app!!
It’s unbelieveable because this is and app for an important day to day service.
The phone number and email given - nobody responds. There’s no assistance. The buttons don’t work! I can go on and on…
-- Aniñabas, 2024-11-01

### *---- "Not functional"
Horrendous app
-- madar, 2024-11-01

### *---- "Unable to de-block account"
Hello

My account is shown as blocked, but the link within the app cannot be selected to resolve the problems and to de-block the account.

So user unfriendly.
-- free1896, 2024-07-29

### *---- "Important functions not working making the app useless"
Apparently there is a problem with the payment of the toll fees with my account. Telepass is asking me to use the “Request support” function in order to contact them and solve the problem. Unfortunately the Request support link is not working. Therefore impossible to contact Telepass . There is also a pop up message saying “if you have problems click here” but again nothing works.
This app is useless
-- Benz75, 2023-07-26

### *---- "Errore -1001."
Non si riesce a fare il Login per un Errore. Errore -1001.
