I’ve been using this app and the Card since 2023 I wanna say . I like it, it’s extremely convenient for me . The only thing I do not like is the amount we have to put on the card . Starting at $10 ??!!! Sometimes I do not have $10 . I would like it if we were able to put ANY amount . I’m sure that would help tons of people out including myself . -- GoldStarxxxx, 2026-08-15 ### *---- "Can’t use my funds!" App has been abandoned. Last update was a whole year ago. You call the bus company and the automated voice tells you they are aware yet no fix now for a whole year. Totally unacceptable! -- Rei A., 2026-06-20 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" I have changed my password multiple times trying to get this app to work. Now getting the message “Travel entitlement of account not matching with (Travel entitlement- Adult)”. What does that mean? No way to get help. App is useless if you can’t login to your account or get help if it doesn’t work i do have the correct username and I assume password, but can’t tell since there is no way to display the password before submitting -- Manic056, 2026-04-26 ### *---- "Go CT card is useless" Both the physical card and this app are essentially useless. No local or express bus seem to work! Get the exact cash and never recharge this useless go ct card. -- GMKn123, 2026-04-07 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" I have never once gotten the app to scan properly. Doesn’t even say “declined” the reader just doesn’t detect anything. -- originalbutmunch420, 2026-03-04 ### *---- "Does not work" QR code payment never works. There’s no customer support. Do not download this app unless you want to lose money or love missing the bus. -- Chromebicycle, 2026-01-27 ### *---- "Can’t register new account" I’m trying to register a new account, there’s no link to do this. I tried “forgot password” link, I get an error code when I put in my email address. Since I’m unable to use this app, it deserves zero stars. -- Chef DLZ, 2026-01-03 ### *---- "Horrible app" Does not work on buses, needs a apple pay feature instead of a useless QR CODE -- &E&D, 2025-08-15 ### *---- "Stopped Working" I’m submitting this review again as my first was never posted. The app stopped working in late May. Despite several calls and assurances that my request for help would be escalated, I’ve received no assistance in resolving the matter. I have $41.70 that I cannot use. -- cecwel, 2025-08-05 ### *---- "Can’t register an account" I’m from out of town and wanted to take the bus. There is no way to set up an account in this app without first buying a physical transit pass. I’m trying to take a bus in half an hour! Delete this garbage and pay with cash. -- Arksyne, 2025-07-22 [View all Go CT Card reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Go CT Card - [Woonerf - Hartford Parking](https://apptail.io/app/woonerf-hartford-parking-wfRc/united-states) - [CTrides](https://apptail.io/app/ctrides-qpRc/united-states) - [CTrail eTix](https://apptail.io/app/ctrail-etix-EfZc/united-states) - [M7Ride](https://apptail.io/app/m7ride-fyMd/united-states) - [Wheels2U](https://apptail.io/app/wheels2u-ASLi/united-states) - [GHTD Link](https://apptail.io/app/ghtd-link-Spjq/united-states) - [Ride New Haven](https://apptail.io/app/ride-new-haven-KdQq/united-states) - [StamFORWARD](https://apptail.io/app/stamforward-Ojmu/united-states) - [Via NHV](https://apptail.io/app/via-nhv-cIcv/united-states) - [Yale Shuttle](https://apptail.io/app/yale-shuttle-JPJw/united-states) ## Go CT Card Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/united-states) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/canada) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/germany) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/estonia) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/spain) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/united-kingdom) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/argentina) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/south-korea) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/madagascar) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/mexico) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/norway) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/sweden) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/go-ct-card-dTeu/hong-kong) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
