Can’t even register

Can’t even register or not able to purchase tickets. What do you mean by this application. Disaster

Payment declined

I have done and filled every information to book flight from Dxb to Cnn and then payment declined !! So now i cant even go to the payment option seriously this is waste of time and big dissppointment !!

Crashing Issue

App crashes suddenly( ios 16 )when trying manage booking.

Unable to Register NO OTP

I have tried to register through laptop and then through this app. Couldn’t get OTP to continue the registration. Tried as Guest and then after entering passengers details, the “continue” button didn’t work. Disaster.

Please never buy and eat any food from this flght it will make you food poisoning Now iam hospitalised from three days

Stupidity all over

Not able to register on app because when I enter my UAE mobile number it says number must be 10 digits, do you guys realize different countries have different digits in mobile numbers. When I go to website again with mobile number it shows a long list of international codes where finding your country’s code is again a headache, why can’t you guys keep it simple show country names, just to save couple of lines of code in your application?? Anyways even after selecting my country code and providing mobile number, I don’t get OTP. Being a software engineer, this is the first time I’ve seen that operations are performing better than tech.
