Had a course for a week in Chilton. Taxi arrived on time every single day. Plus the drivers are really nice

Great app never had an issue. They have availability in Didcot and Oxford as well as the areas around so great app overall for Oxfordshire

Whenever I’ve tried the app it says “no cars available, phone the contact centre”. They always have a car, you just don’t get the app discount.

I downloaded the app. I tried to use the map to book a journey. It ended up at train st to home. I tried to change it and it set it as home to home I could not change it. I rang to explain what had happened and the lady did not seem to care,that I was having problems with the app. I have only known 1 driver to look smart, and when I broke my ankle ,,only 2 drivers helped.

Taxis are consistently late

I’ve used the app few times now, and despite negative reviews, everything worked perfectly for me.

Pointless app. No one can register as it only permits US phone numbers in the registration process. Then wants to send a verification text to that number. Stupid for a UK company.

Registering for an account, the app assumes your telephone number begins with +1 (USA) and does not allow you to change it.

Cant change phone code to UK. Set on USA. Rubbish

My booking was taken but they cancelled it only 20 mins before the time I booked. It happened twice! Avoid!!
