## Go Program Way2Go Card Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t unlock your card"
You can’t unlock your card from the app after locking your card. There’s no help from customer service. Do not lock your card cause it will be very hard to unlock it and the app gives you zero help.
-- !?!!, 2025-01-28

### *---- "App failure"
This app hasn’t been working it always sending you to the website where you can’t put your whole username in it’s useless
-- sdfghnj, 2025-01-26

### *---- "Horrible app"
Terrible app design, clunky and terrible looking, slow and a headache to deal with. Sometimes some buttons i click do not register and the app crashes a lot from signing in to just random. Keeps asking me for my sign in id and password even tho i click remember me every time i guess that does nothing.
-- nerd punk, 2025-01-25

### **--- "The app works when it wants to"
This app I haven’t been able to long into it for over a week I’ve been calling to check my balance , you can’t transfer money off card it pretends like it will and be right back on that same card days later .
-- Liahhhhhh25, 2025-01-25

### **--- "Won’t let you use app"
I’ve been having trouble getting logged in. The app hasn’t worked for two weeks now. It says something wrong redirects me to the website or have to call number.
-- AprML8876, 2025-01-24

### *---- "doesn’t work"
app doesn’t work nor does the page
-- ghdjdksjd, 2025-01-24

### *---- "Nothing ever works"
Every time I try to log in online it redirect me to the webpage that also don’t work
Just call your card 🙄
-- 8648210, 2025-01-24

### *---- "Garbage"
Offers the feature to transfer to a personal bank account, but it never works. Every time I initiate a transfer, it immediately reverses the next day. No explanation, no notification. Why even offer the service on the app if it doesn’t work?
-- APHXR, 2025-01-24

### ***** "Finally lol"
This app sure has made my life a lot easier. It is very easy to use and very useful and understandable!
-- Strnpch85, 2025-01-22

### *---- "Never worked ever!!!!!"
Ever since I downloaded the app, it does not work at all. I could never get into it. It sends me to the Internet to login so this app is very pointless. They need to fix it.
