GO / Taxi app for Japan

The app is not friendly to foreigners. I came to Japan for a vacation, installed Go Taxi as the recommended taxi app. I created an account, my card was successfully accepted. Unfortunately, after the taxi ride, it turned out that money could not be withdrawn from my account. I contacted my bank and it turned out that Go Taxi does not meet some standards and therefore my card was not charged. I could ignore it, because it is clearly an oversight of the app developers - they shouldn’t have accepted my card in the first place - but I wanted to be fair and pay for the ride. I had to make a transfer, additionally paying a commission. Unfortunately, Go Taxi does not want to accept the transfer, because it would have to cover part of the commission, but the money was not returned to me. At this point, I have already lost more money than I should have for the ride, and the payment has not been settled yet. I do not recommend this app to everyone, as well as its support. Go Taxi ruined my good impressions of organizing a trip in Japan.

未払いは無いはずなのに意図的にかと思うほど未払い請求が来て、都度アプリの使用が止められます。 乗車をコチラが遅れる場合は金を取られるが、タクシー側が遅れる場合はお咎めなし。 月に30回以上使って来ましたが、運営のサポートや対応が毎回悪すぎて並行していたUber TAXIのみにしようと思います。

運賃が安くなってしまうのにこちらの案より良いルートを教えてくださいました。 おかげで安くて早く到着できました。

来たタクシーのメーターの上がり方が異常でクーポン分の金額上乗せで全く得しなかったし、なんならタクシー呼んだ金？をプラスで取られた。 二度と使わない。

二度目の利用です、皆が口を揃えて言う、タクシーの早い乗車が可能のアプリです。 ドライバー間でも、GOアプリによる乗車ポイントの情報共有をする事で素早い乗車サービスを心掛けているようです。

PayPay払いにしたところ、5000円のチャージを求められ、それを行うまで車を呼べなかった。 駅までいくらかかるか知ってるので、不快だった。

最近出かけないので利用度が下がっていますが　とってもタクシー呼ぶやすくなって助かっています。アプリも使いやすい　本当に助かっていまーす！

アプリは便利なのですが、脚が悪い家族のためにUターン可能な細い道の先の自宅に呼ぶと大型車のタクシーのドライバーに文句を言われとても感じ悪いです。呼ぶ設定に大型車を除く項目が欲しい。

予約しないとどれだけ混んでるか分からないのが本当に使いづらい。混んでるかもと思って予約したらすぐ決まって急いで準備するハメになるし逆に空いてるだろって時に予約すると全然車両が決まらずに遅刻する事がよくあります。このせいで大学入試の面接遅刻して落ちたし改善してほしいです。
