I had a terrible experience using GoaMiles. Their policy is absolutely frustrating and poorly designed. First, you are required to pay the app in advance before booking a cab. However, even after making the payment, the cab often isn’t booked, and I was left waiting multiple times despite trying all options—hatchback, sedan and SUV. As if that wasn’t enough, when I finally gave up and requested a refund, I was informed that it would take 6-7 working days to process. This is ridiculous! Not only do they lack a cash payment option, but they also hold your money for days if their service fails. This app seriously needs to improve its policies and operations. Highly disappointed.

We are in Goa right now and we booked a cab from Calangute to vagator and cab driver deliberately not receiving our call. He first received call and when he heard the location he was not picking up after many trial we finally canceled the ride and they charged us for that.. very pathetic customer care service as well… we tried many times to raise this customer care but no one picking at their end.. worst experience ever..
