So slow and convoluted to set up, not to mention the numerous layers of approval and when I arrived to collect the car, it wasn’t in the spaces the app said it would be and I had to go back to the desk to do all the paperwork anyway. Complete waste of time

I have an hyphen in my name and in my email address. Hyphens are not supported by the app so I simply can’t register even though I’m supposed to use this app to pick up a car next week.

For the 3rd time, the cargo van I’ve hired won’t open using the app. Most disappointingly, the out of hours line just goes to voicemail. I stood in Newmarket square trying again and again and waiting for someone to call me for 30 minutes before having to give up. I can’t begin to explain the inconvenience this crap service has caused my family.

I joined this company but my request to be allowed to give these guys some money to hire car is still pending Did everything gave all my details Took picture of my driving licence They then asked for a selfie of me with my driving licence I have hired cars in every continent Never have I been asked for selfie My driving licence and passport are all that’s required So I sent the, a selfie of me holding my driving license So guess what happened nothing I am still pending months after joining them So I cannot use there car service because I am still pending Sent e mail again nothing happened Tried last century means of communication the telephone nobody answered it just rang and rang and rang Are these people really serious about running a business Or they so DJ Hilled that they are permanently chilled that they are in deep freeze Hopeless useless are words that come to mind Michael

The simplest task, for this car type and time show me what I can rent, it’s honestly impressive how much you broke this experience, it makes me want to reef my phone at something nearby every single time I use it.

It saved me, my car is broken, and for a decent cost I could use it, no deposits, just validate the license!

This is literally the slowest app to load of the 100+ I have on my iPhone. It takes almost 20 seconds to open on an iPhone 15 Pro which feels like an eternity when you’re in a hurry to open the car. Less animations please, quicker access to functionality. Also lots of bugs in the workflow.

Great service except for the app. Why have you not redesigned it yet?

Created profile months ago and it was approved. Then when I needed a car they told me that my account is not available… I just went back to Yuko and suggest you do the same… Most of their cars are dirty and like that is like they prefer foreigners over Irish people as customers. Hard pass for me!

Come on, you need a better app. It’s so clunky and confusing
