Tapos tatawagan kami to tell us that most items are not available??? Bakit nakapost online kung unavailable naman pala??? So sino ang magaadjust? Kasalanan ba namin na wala pa daw delivery??? Eh wala pa pala yung item sa tindahan nyo eh, bakit nyo nilagay online??? Sana nakalagay unavailable o sold out di ba??? Nakakasira kayo ng araw! Tagalog yan para maintindihan nyo!

Can’t log in using credentials from your website.I get a no match message. If I create account the create account green button is not visible in the screen. When I scroll down it comes right back up so I can’t click the create button.

(tldr: Missing items, poor communication, indefinitely delayed delivery, no refund as of yet.) (Full: We ordered a number of items and scheduled them for delivery. A few hours before the delivery schedule, we were informed that some items were unavailable, despite being available on the app way in advance. They said those with suitable replacements were replaced, those without were removed from the order. We were told we would be refunded of the missing value, but they did not respond with how. We have yet to receive the refund. During the expected delivery period, we were informed our delivery would be delayed. They did not provide any time window for the delayed delivery, nor have they replied to our messages. We have yet to receive the delivery nor even a partial refund. This app has been a complete waste of time and energy. As people with full-time jobs, we have to schedule grocery deliveries and other household concerns in advance to prepare for the work week. Budget constraints prevent us from ordering groceries elsewhere without receiving a refund. Do not download this app, it is virtual garbage.)

shifted to gocart because i was having problems with gorewards. found this app to be faster and more efficient to navigate. thank u! will use this app instead of gorewards when doing grocery shopping. thanks

This app has been very helpful and convenient indeed, I really have to commend. However I hope there are more payment options available. And I also would like to point out why my Favorites isn’t showing anymore? I always buy the same things and not having to type items every time would be a big help but that’s not what’s happening now and I don’t know why. Please do something about that. I’ve been using this app monthly since Nov 2023 and I’ve got no other issues than the ones stated. If an item is not available, they automatically do refund and they always follow through like I don’t even have to do ffup. It’s just convenient. Keep it up guys!
