Whenever we open the app we are getting message “We are experiencing an internal server problem. Please try again later.” It’s been already month we are getting this error.

The go city cab app is not working.
Worst transportation company in Kuwait
I don’t advise anyone to signup with this company. Their app is a joke, once you buy coins they lock you out! I can’t book any ride!! And for a week their app wouldn’t even start!! Horrible customer service can’t communicate in Arabic or English! Horrible experience, stay away from them!!
To many bugs and no cancellation option
Horrible experience, the map always fail to show where the driver is, how far away he is, and how long he will take to arrive. If that is not enough you don’t have a cancellation option. The worst experience!
Very bad drivers
My sister was helping me to get in the car because i have twins and she wouldn’t go with me to my home he thought we all will go with him he shouted and waving his hand with very bad way and ran from the place and he canceled the ride it was very very very bad experience i will never used your app again
