GoDaddy forced everyone over to this new app and it’s slow, glitches, you cannot see text history to a certain number until you send another text (used to be able to see this info in the old app), app crashes often while you’re in the middle of a conversation… too many issues to list. No real improvement since its rollout. We’re ready for a new provider. Get it together, GoDaddy.

I have used SmartLine for a very long time - it wasn’t perfect but way better than this garbage app - seriously I have lots of apps on my phone and it’s been years since I have had an app this unresponsive - it requires multiple exits to finally get to a place where you can see messages. I have no idea why they just couldn’t leave SmartLine running until this was just as good or better - who ever the team is on this app needs to just reskin SmartLine and call it a day. Hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully someone up top reads this.

I like how instant the messages are and how I can stay connected to my customers!

I’ve been transferred from go daddy smart line to this and impossible to get it up and running. Once you get to let’s set up your account where you need to enter your business name, the continue button doesn’t work so you can’t go to the next steps. We are missing so many customer calls!

Having been switched over from SmartLine, so-far, I am not a fan. I have no interest in linking social media accounts for an “all in one inbox”. I just wanted a program for my second phone line. (phone calls and text) In fact, I can’t even see who’s calling anymore. There seems to be no caller ID option! I can’t see who is calling until after the call has finished. Then then it shows who called. I’m still new to this, but so-far, I’m not feeling it.

Perfectly fine iPhone 6 and 7 devices just lost support today. Thanks godaddy.

The app doesn’t work at all. Had smartLine from GoDaddy and it was great. The developer parted ways with GoDaddy so GoDaddy did a conversion over to Conversations. That’s what GoDaddy told us. IT’S BEEN A NIGHTMARE. Caller ID doesn’t work, the work around is to go into settings shutting off cell use and only being able to use when on Wi-Fi. If not on Wi-Fi then you don’t know who’s calling in, no caller ID. For an “on the go” app to not be able to be on the go makes no sense. Can not receive or send any form of media clip. They said they had to roll it out before they were done. Contact’s do not sync. If you add a contact on conversations then you have to add it again into your cell phone. If you add it into your cell phone then you have to go into the app to “import” the contact. If you add it into app then you have to add it again into your cell contacts. So basically 2 different databases that you have to manually keep updating and importing. So much manual up keeping daily. If you don’t type and input the contacts exactly the same then you have 2 different contacts created. messages are very slow to come in, delayed. If you send a text out it doesn’t go to the top of your messages. Only receive bed messages do. So bad. THEY ROLLED IT OUT BEFORE TESTING IT AND THEY SAID THEY KNOW ITS NOT WORKING BUT HAD TO GET THE APP OUT. Makes me question GoDaddy now.
