## GOFAR All-in Reviews in Australia

### ***-- "Change to Always"
Great app for logging vehicle business usage. A little concern that it always needs access to your location. Had it for a couple months now, don’t remember that being the case at the start. Why don’t need to know where I am walking?
-- fiybiyd^55u876, 2026-08-26

### *---- "Horrible Customer Service/Paid for a service and never received."
Avoid GoFar.

I cancelled my subscription years ago after never receiving the logbook I had paid for, yet they continued charging me anyway.

When I requested a refund, they flatly denied it, claiming there was no evidence that I had ever tried to cancel. I then had to waste my own time digging through years of emails to prove I had contacted them and requested both a cancellation and a refund.

The best part? Once I finally provided my own evidence, they suddenly decided they needed to "review my account history" before processing my refund. So apparently they can access my account history after all. If they were capable of reviewing it now, why wasn't it reviewed before they rejected my claim and made me do all the work?

I paid for a service that was never delivered, had to create my own logbook by hand for tax purposes, and then spent years fighting to stop being charged and to get someone to take my complaint seriously.

This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Instead of investigating a customer's account properly, they put the burden on the customer to prove their own records wrong. A simple cancellation should never turn into years of unnecessary charges, endless emails, and excuses.

Save yourself the frustration and spend your money with a company that actually supports its customers.
-- _savige, 2026-07-20

### *---- "Poor Support & Cannot Cancel Service"
GOFAR completely ignores all your requests to cancel the service, and continues to charge your credit card regardless.I would not recommend this app whatsoever.
-- #cantThinkOfANickname, 2026-07-18

### *---- "Connect issues"
GOFAR will not connect or log Milagros as it should, no warning that it isn’t connected
-- Rubberball$, 2026-02-16

### **--- "Not performing as it should"
Disappointing that it doesn’t measure as it should all the time. Maps/locations often missing
-- Just_Jane58, 2026-02-09

### ***** "Time Saver!"
I absolutely LOVE this system! It’s so easy to use and has saved me an incredible amount of time. The support team is outstanding - they don’t just help, they go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
-- Torilee111, 2025-11-27

### ***-- "Great app, but missing a web version"
I really like the GoFAR app — I’ve been using it for about a year now and it’s been very helpful. However, I find it very disappointing that there’s no web version available. All the data stays stored only on the phone, and I can’t access any of the information from my computer or iPad. Please consider developing a web app! Many other platforms offer both web and mobile versions, which makes it much easier to download reports and manage data.
-- Kakohinos, 2025-10-21

### ***** "Mick"
Love the app work 3 jobs two in disability also can’t remember anything so app helps tracking my incompetence no need to do it immediately the app logs all travel and I can slot it into to personal or business when I have free time love it.
-- Mick forgets, 2025-10-20

### *---- "My experience so far"
Trying to get hold of support so difficult, just sends you to a frequently asked page.
Spent 45 minutes trying to get this to connect the first time on my Samsung s25 in my Isuzu dmax 2023 have had the subscription for 2 months and has successfully logged 1 trip trying my iPhone it connects to the device and doesn’t log anything
-- Alex95aaa, 2025-07-25

### ***** "Gofar-king awesome"
Great little piece of kit. Makes life a bit easier.
Definitely worth the $$
