The new app is much better than the old one! I love that it shows all branches locations. This is nice for when traveling. Also, being able to place my own stop pay or order checks within the app is a plus! The mobile deposit feature has a nice upgrade as well. I love that I can take pictures of multiple checks and submit as one mobile deposit versus having to submit one at time. The old app was laggy and sometimes would cause you to be stuck on a loading page for some time before you loaded into the page you needed to get to. Plus, the uploading checks function worked less than half the time. On this new app, I feel like the functionality of it makes it seem effortless to upload checks but also get to different pages on the app. Everything works and it’s super easy to get around on it. Kinda like an all in one deal for a banking app. The website also has everything you need on it too which is helpful if I’m on my phone and don’t have immediate access to it. The only worry I have is the less tech-savvy users having issues. Maybe it’s a generational thing but historically older folks and tech don’t mix too well.
