## GoGet Reviews in Malaysia

### **--- "Horrible"
Super unhappy with this new update. There’s a new 10% charge for management fee which is actually quite a lot. And there’s only one way to pay which is through the Go Get Credits. So frustrating when you want to topup your credits, some of the payment methods don’t work. I tried with Maybank and Touch N go but both failed. Sigh!
-- mawarmusfirahmohdamin, 2024-04-25

### *---- "Not good"
Can’t cash out if you have transferred extra money. If jobs are not taken up, we can’t cash out our money back to bank to account. After 12 months, our money belongs to them. No avenue to ask for refund of our money not used nor extension on time!
-- latha9215, 2024-01-03

### *---- "Now have 10% charges to topup?!"
Now you guys start charging extra 10% of topping up credit in the account! CANNOT EVEN SWITCH TO CASH! Force people to use your credit system, but also charges EXTRA 10%?! Already paying fees to the runner n Goget and now this extra 10% for just topping up credit! That’s ridiculous! Will STOP USING GOGET for this ridiculous pricing!
And I’ve checked your Goget support pricing list, the extra 10% charges DO NOT STATE IN THE LIST AT ALL!
-- Ax_Nt, 2023-11-23

### *---- "Stuck at Goget logo"
What happened to GoGet now? Stuck at the logo and cannot move on to open the page.
-- Jumping to google map user, 2023-07-17

### *---- "Bad app"
Stupid app, dont waste your time here
-- armaanmamba, 2023-07-02

### *---- "Stupid apps from stupid developer"
Stupid apps from stupid developer
-- Ababa1990, 2023-05-25

### ***** "Prompt search"
Always managed to get response quickly. That made it extra useful when it comes to getting a last minute job done. Thank you.
-- JoonDanl, 2023-01-24

### *---- "Unbelievable chargers"
Job cancer still will charge full payment.
-- Shingatsu, 2022-11-22

### *---- "THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE TEAM NOT RESPONSIVE"
the go getter easily cancel the job last minute. not once but 5 times in a row 3 minute before the job start.

the customer service doing nothing but reply my email with same copy and paste answer that obviously not helping at all.

i ask then to call me back and the send someone calling me to upgrade not business, not solving problem but selling again and again.

my money stuck in the acc. super bad
-- keek collection, 2022-11-03

### *---- "Scam artist"
Paid 50 bucks for 5 female applicants, got 3 male applicants instead. scam company
