有說明已申請退款但未通過不給退，已經發了兩次mail請求了，卻完全沒有提供任何協助。 現在帳號也刪掉了，已經被扣款的年費兩千多塊不給退。 就算重新申請帳號也是要再付費一次，那已繳的年費到底是要怎麼退費？
