Horrible App!!!
I was just using this app for a month and I encountered so many issues, particularly in processing my payment. I had to renew my membership for the next month and used my debit card as my payment method. Upon submitting my card details and providing the OTP, it prompted that my payment was unsuccessful, however, upon checking my account, the payment pushed through and had deducted the amount for my membership. I tried contacting customer service and they only replied to me once to ask for a screenshot of the unsuccessful payment prompt, which unfortunately I did not had a screenshot of. After that initial response, there were no replies from their end and I cannot continue my gym sessions since I cannot renew my membership now.
