Never go with goibibo. It’s waste of money their customer support is very bad also they don’t provide 48 or 24 hour cancellation service. I booked the resort from goibibo and before 5 days I tried to contact support when I was on vacations but they don’t have any customer support or chat service. I will never go with goibibo again. Give little extra money to other apps those provide proper services. I came used their service for the first time and my experience was very bad.

Me and my husband booked a alliance airways flight from shimla to amritsar through goibibo later on flight was cancelled by airlines and refunded oir money to goibibo but goibibo refused to refund our money… we are highly exploited by this app. I recommend not to choose this app for bookings.

I have booked a outstation CAB for 26th Jan 2024 for my dad who was travelling from toronto to bombay. He landed early in the morning at 1:45 AM. This company assigned a CAB and driver to us and upon calling the CAB driver he said the trip was cancelled way long ago by him. We were never notified about this mess and then on the name of support there customer service agent simply cant do anything. They will end up saying i cant do anything and end up saying for this issue I can offer you 1000rs voucher ( Which is also not paid to me as well ). Is this fair for some elderly guy to go and find a taxi at that time post a very long journey? They show no compassion to the person and just not reliable. Please make sure to not book cabs from this service as there is no reliability on them.

Worst app to book ticket on . I had booked ticket for Toronto to Mumbai Via Doha . And for some reason i had cancelled the tickets via airlines because i tried to call goibibo customer care office to cancel the ticket but they would transfer the call to make my trip (MMT). I had to cancel the tickets via airlines 24 hours before the flight as per the airlines policy for which it showed me refund of Rs.79,370. Now when the refund needs to be processed goibibo says they will give us only 62000. I have been trying to contact the customer service manager and higher authority for the same and then i got connected to someone named Deepmala Singh and Abhijeet Bharat on email. During cancellation i had Indian phone no and now that i am in canada i have been mailing them about the number change and also they have my email. They are sending same email that we cant connect you on your phone for 10 times even when i send them mail for number change and how they can contact me . This is very poor service by goibibo and their customer service team. Please look at this issue.

I made a reservation with goibibo, after booking I realized that I can’t travel as I don’t have transit visa for this itinerary. So i cancel my ticket after 5-7 hours. I paid 88,000INR and i was intended to get full refund as it got cancelled in 24 hours. I contacted Lufthansa as well they already made a refund to goibibo as per their guidelines, it is full refund. But now goibibo is telling me that airline didn’t make a decision yet and other stuff. It is a big amount, I don’t know what to do.
