It is full of bugs freezes up. I have to manually write down everything for my dispatch because the app is not working. It has been over two weeks. I have chatted to go and got no responses. I am forced to use this because they don’t have anything else. I have deleted the app and reloaded it 23 times already it improved it somewhat and then it started doing the same things all over again. Goin Prov. is NO help. Right now I can’t even open the trips on my app. This is after deleting the app and reloading it. As an employee of a company that uses this app, it’s “revenue” time functionality is useless. I worked over 40 hours last week. It give you accurate arrival time and accurate direction to the destination your going too. As a transportation driver this app makes my work days sooo much better because it lets my employer know when I arrive and when I DropOff. There are certain things that need to be fixed. One is the map system needs updating. The second thing is the addresses of drop offs seem to fall off the screen and can’t be seen after pressing the arrival button.
